Methodology : Bhorai formed first Self Help Group by taking twelve women of minority community of Ganeshpur and Angargoria village. This Self Help Group was named Nargis S.H.G and was enlisted under NRLM(National Rural Livelehood Mission) project. Later days on the same year total of 57 Self Help Groups were formed.

Problem Faced : Initially we faced many problem. Many people, approaching for the Social works by the women, not looked in good eyes. Male members of the families were feeling uncomfortable to learn that  their Wife, Girl or daughter in law will go at Bank, B.D.O Office. In spite of threat phone call on the time of anti-drug movement from the several businessman, We not moved from our way.

Field Learning : In social works, women are very much responsible. Women were very much responsible than men, on taking timely loan, returning loan and depositing at right time.

Suggestion : In spite of Will-power, many women can not approach due to pressure of family for Social work. We have to resolve to make them self dependent by comprehending them.
